Prashanth Kaddi (aka Kaddi) is an Analytics thought leader and is known as an evangelist for not just industrialisation of analytics solutions but ensuring organisations extract business value from data science initiatives. With a career spanning more than two decades, he has worked across consulting, banking, and co-founding a startup – each role involving building new businesses and teams from the ground up.
As Partner at Deloitte, Kaddi has been leading the charge of setting up and growing the data science practice as well as the broader data analytics growth journey. In his role, he has driven business growth, new capabilities and delivered to the analytics practice growth ambitions. Besides, he has led extremely successful outcomes for clients across sectors both in India and globally. As a result, enterprises have transformed business models, increased top line and bottom line, deepened customer engagement, or managed risk better through AI/ML solutions landed to their business. He is also in the global leadership team of the Deloitte AI Institute, driving AI as a strategic growth engine.
